Award-winning care provider Pure Homecare has built a solid reputation for providing tailor-made care of the highest level, supported by a unique online app that allows Clients to access and manage their care information from anywhere at anytime. This award-winning service therefore needed to be represented online in a clear, attractive and accessible way.
The new website would be built responsively. We only build responsive websites because the nature of modern browsing habits demands it. Websites nowadays must be able to respond to a diverse range of screen sizes to ensure that their content can be easily and effectively consumed. If not, they risk losing business as users simply move on to a website that will work on their device.
An important initial task was to repackage the existing care services to give them and the website clarity and focus. Newly coherent services would not only help user understanding, but they also helped to streamline the overall design to create a modern, fresh and engaging user experience. We also distinguished the Client Portal app as a unique aspect of Pure’s service and enabled users to login via the website.
Several completely new areas were also created. A training area allows people to filter training courses by type and date and book places, an awards page displays Pure Homecare’s numerous commendations, and a student support section features illustrations and copy designed to create a different aesthetic and tone better suited for its younger target audience.
